Condessions of a Blog-A-Holic

Confessions of a Blog-A-holicBlog Talk Radio

I have to Confess I hated bloggers....needless to say, I didn't even know what blogging was all about. How dare I rationalize bloggers? When I had no idea what it was about, well that shows how a typical American views things in life. Occasionally, I would surf the net and see a grown man blogging with a goofy graphic next to there blogs. I would say to myself this look like an old fart trying to see if they are still hip, and yes I didn't even read the articles I occasionally ran across "Shame on I", and there goes the guard-damn-American attitude again. Yes, I Confess!

So, after being disgusted by bloggers without even knowing what blogging meant....I still rant and rave about bloggers. Suddenly, I start seeing weird commercials about people being addicted to blogging...now in these commercials, I see hot looking bloggers and then I say " NO, way these people have time to blog, don't they have to be more worried about putting on make-up or figuring out if they are spelling correctly". So, after discovering what blogging actually was ...here I am 3:24am in morning blogging. Can you believe me after my callus behavior I have the nerve to be blogging...Shame on me. Yes, I so Confess. I deserve a dummy smack.....Oaky Dokie only if you smack me in the feel good places....:). Blogging is becoming the new thing these days. I said, to myself I warned the American People we should have not gone public about the popularity with blogging because then we Americans might get taxed on blogging.....imagine if they start taxing internet users...wow. We, will be paying big bucks...because everything is starting to become web-base. Please, don't let the world know, I mentioned taxing the internet user's and bloggers because the "White House" will manage to add that into the Stimulus Package. If Obama and the Administration in the white house finds out I started this mess…..I will be doomed or maybe I will be granted to run for Governor. The New Tax Law will be called Taxing internet users aka "Taxing the Nosing". LOL :)

If they tax bloggers they will call it "Taxing the Loud Mouths". But, then that would mean "freedom of Speech" and law suits will start crashing in. Then New Laws will start….Oh Boy!

Why Organic Skincare Products

Organic Skin Care Begins with a Green Diet and Lifestyle

Your body is a reflection of everything that you eat. Needless to say, optimum nutrition is the key to healthy, glowing skin. Eating a balanced diet on a regular basis will supply all of the vital nutrients needed to build your skin and other vital tissues that feed it.
The best kind of diet for skin therapy includes plenty of fresh, organic foods with minimal processing. Since this vast protective covering is predominantly made up of several protein layers, animal protein sources like free-range chicken or grass fed-beef help generate the skin tissue itself, as well as the underlying muscular tissue that supports it. Fresh fish, seeds, nuts, and grains provide essential fatty acids that help generate the skin’s own natural oils, giving it sheen and youthful vibrancy. Most vegetable sources of protein build collagen, the skin’s connective tissue, which naturally becomes slack with age. Fruits and vegetables not only provide vitamins and minerals—they also strengthen the blood and lymph, both of which directly feed the skin. Protective foods like milk, vegetable oils, yogurt, honey, and yeast help promote the skin’s longevity and suppleness. Most importantly, liberal quantities of water detoxify the blood and keep the lymphatic system hydrated and flowing.

Since stress contributes to acne, pimples, roughness, dryness, and many other skin problems, it is incredibly important to do whatever you can to relax every single day, even if just for a few moments. Take some time off from your busy schedule to light up an aromatherapy candle, meditate, and take a walk in the park, or a warm soak in the tub with one of Organic Pure Beauties Bath Bags. Do whatever you can to unwind and tune into the natural rhythms of the world around you.

Facial Ideas

Steam the skin using a warm washcloth. This will open the pores. Once the skin is softened, exfoliate using an oatmeal scrub or a product with natural enzymes. I love my Exfolit—it has papaya and pineapple that gently dissolve the dead skin cells and microbeads that lift them and pore-clogging debris away. If you must extract, wrap tissue around both pointer and middle fingers and gently, gently squeeze. Do not force anything. If it’s not ready, don’t do it. After this, tone the skin to kill bacteria—you can use a diluted witch hazel for this. Finally, if skin is acne-prone, put on a mud mask or even a homemade mask of brewer’s yeast. This will tighten skin and dehydrate the acne. If skin is dry, use a moisturizing mask with azulene extracts or make your own. I love to blend ripe avocado and massage it into my skin. The natural fats rehydrate skin and help to set the pH balance. Afterward, I’d finish with a treatment serum that contains hyaluronic acid, a silky serum that locks moisture into the skin. Mine is Quench, a huge celeb favorite. Finally, an emollient—seal the serum and hydration in with your favorite moisturizer. Done!
